TBFS Guide To TPFF.

Lou and I have been lucky enough to attend fashion week around the globe from London, Berlin & Melbourne and it's fair to say that although the glamour and excitement is unreal, it's a pretty hectic schedule. So with Telstra Perth Fashion Festival opening today we've rallied our top tips and industry hints to give you our TBFS Guide to TPFF.

WHO:

The Designers

Nat from Wild Horses gave us the run down

What can we expect? Wild Horses will be showing Resort 15 which consists of a sports luxe feel. Beautiful silk and leather garments that are carefully constructed and silhouettes that flatter the woman’s figure.

What's the inspiration behind the resort collection? The feel is very minimal, clean and crisp. The clean lines generate throughout the collection to tie it all together and make it cohesive

What are your top three must haves for the week?

1.Water!

2.Lip shade to die for

3.Sleep!

The Models

Caitlin Lomax has walked for Chanel, Oscar de la Renta and Prada to name a few and we can't wait to see the Perth beauty return home to be the face of Telstra Perth Fashion Festival. Alan from Part Blue Photography shared his pick for new faces to watch out for.... introducing Shaeli O'Meara from Chadwicks.

WHAT:

The biggest question of the week is what to wear! With street style becoming just as big as the shows, we think it's best to go big or go home! It's no secret that Poppy Lissiman has been smashing the street style snaps with her clutches popping up all over the place so join the party and rock a bold clutch.

We will be headed to Me by Maurice Meade for all our hair and makeup fixes.

WHERE:

Festival Director Mariella Harvey-Hanrahan mentioned that the new Fashion Paramount venue will make for the best venue in the festival's history.

WHEN:

Come and say hi between September 17th – 22nd. Our pick for the week is Flannel, 8.30pm September 18th at Fashion Paramount.

HOW:

Do your self a favour and hook up with UBER. Turning up in a swish black car rather than battling a taxi queue is nothing short of heaven. Use the Uber code TBFS to get $40 off your first ride, feel free to have a sweet 16 moment and stand up through the sunroof- we have.
