It's Time To Get Lucky with Mr Chan.
Who is Lucky Chan?
A man with good fortune? Does he frequently win on a $2 scratchy?
Although there may be a Mr Chan somewhere out there who has Buddha on his side, this Lucky Chan is hoping for a different sort of luck.
Lucky Chan's Noodle & Laundry Bar is the newest asian inspired restaurant to pop up amongst the bright lights of Northbridge. But it is all dependent on people power to raise 100k for Australia's very first crowd funded restaurant.
Andrew Bennet, one of six masterminds behind the concept gave us a sneak peak. With plans for a three story building including a rooftop bar, 311 William St could very well become our second home.
Chan's will be serving handmade noodles and dumpings including a gluten free soba option. And you know the cocktails are going to be good when it is the same barmen who run Cocktail Gastronomy & The Classroom Bar.
With Perth rallying behind the idea, we have our fingers crossed Lucky Chan's is here to stay. If you want to help support Lucky Chan's head to their website and pledge your support. TBFS is proud to say we have pledged a bum on a seat - figuratively & literally.
